INSTANT POT BEEF SHORT RIBS Slow Cooker Cooked in VITACLAY
Per customer requested, we converted INSTANT POT BEEF SHORT RIBS in VitaClay! Believe or not you will love the result cooked in clay way better than metal pot!
INGREDIENTS
2 cupsSwanson Beef Broth
3lbs. bone-in short ribs
1onion, chopped (about1 ½ cup)
1 cupsliced carrots
1 cupdry red wine
⅓ cupcoconut sugar (brown sugar works too)
6garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoontomato paste
5sprigs thyme leaves
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonground pepper
¼ cup arrowroot flour (cornstarch works too, just dissolve it first in ¼ cup water before adding it
Directions
Add all in your vitaclay pot
Set on Soup or Slow to cook for 3 hours.
Remove and discard any leftover thyme leave stems
Add the arrowroot to your clay pot and whisk frequently for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve on top of mashed potatoes or cauliflower mash and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
