Thank you for choosing VitaClay! We stand behind the quality of our small appliances and clay pots, and
want you to feel confident with your purchase. Below is our official policy regarding shipping, returns,
and refunds.

🚚 SHIPPING


● Free Standard Shipping is included with all brand-new VitaClay cookers shipped to U.S. addresses.
● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
● Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

60-Day Return Window


We accept returns of most unused products within 60 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility


To qualify for a refund:
● The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
● Must include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
● Cookbooks, recipe guides, and clearance items are final sale and not returnable.

💳 REFUND DETAILS

Restocking Fees Policy

New & Unopened 15% 85% of item price
Opened but Unused 20% 80% of item price
Used / Damaged / Missing Parts Up to 50% Determined case-by-case
Refurbished Appliances 20% 80% of item price

⚠️ Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if “free shipping” was offered at checkout.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING OPTIONS


We offer two options for return shipping:

1. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct $29 from your refund to cover return shipping and insurance for your cooker's value. 

2. 1-year limited warranty on new cookers. 


⚠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS


If your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@vitaclaychef.com
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
3. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.

🔁 CANCELLATIONS


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not shipped. After shipment,
the standard return policy applies.

⏳ REFUND PROCESSING


● Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
● All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

📬 RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


1. Email us at support@vitaclaychef.com to request a return.
2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on your return package.
4. Use a trackable, insured service if shipping yourself.
5. Refunds are issued after your return is received and inspected.

WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT


● VitaClay offers a 1-year limited warranty on new cookers.
● Refurbished cookers include a 90-day warranty.
● Warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover misuse,
damage during use, or normal wear and tear.
