For domestic 48 continental states, it takes about Standard Shipping for 5-8 business days; Priority Shipping for 3-5 business days.
You may return brand new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by VitaClayChef.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus 2-ways shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), a reasonable restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
The following conditions and exceptions apply to partial refunds.
Shipping and handling charges are borne by the buyer.To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a traceable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Sending the return via a trackable shipping method protects you in the event a seller doesn't receive an item. If a package doesn't arrive, we can implement an A-to-z Guarantee claim (something we can't do for untracked packages).
In general, factory refurbished products are products that wouldn’t otherwise be sold as new, for a variety of reasons. They may have been used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer. As a result, factory refurbished products may come with minor blemishes.
All factory refurbished products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Factory refurbished products are certified at the factory as fully operational, and come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or for credit towards another item (shipping and handling not included).

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or is non-operational for some reason, simply follow the procedure above, and we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item. While you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.
IMPORTANT: When returning an item, please insure it! If it gets damaged in shipping and hasn’t been insured, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.
Any return from Canada, customers should ship it back to the US.
