Cooking nutritious, amazing meals for your family does not have to take all day or break the bank! Using simple, nutrient-filled ingredients, you can create gourmet meals for your family with only minutes of preparation time.

VitaClay Chef is the latest innovation in ancient nutrition!

Our removable clay pot insert is all natural and free of aluminum, Teflon, heavy metals and non-stick coatings. The organic clay steams food to perfection: preserving nutrients and flavors without added oils and fats.

It’s fully electronic, so you can set it and forget it! Fill the pot with ingredients and then go have fun, because the chef is in the kitchen taking care of dinner!

Pre-programmed with automatic settings for brown and white rice, soups and stews, this cooker functions as both a rice cooker and a slow cooker.

Better yet: it slow cooks quickly--a traditional slow cooker recipe for 8 hours on the low setting only takes 2 hours in VitaClay, fully cooked with improved texture! From oatmeal to quinoa, pasta to beans: VitaClay is your one-pot source for cooking just about any meal.

Clean-up is simple: the clay has natural non-stick properties, and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Pre-set options allow you to program a start time, so your meal is fresh and hot when you are ready to eat. From start to finish, VitaClay makes your life easier. Don’t eat out--save money and your waistline: eat healthy with VitaClay every day!

Here’s an idea for an incredibly easy, quick and healthy one-pot meal with VitaClay:

  • Two Cups Brown Rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth or water
  • 4 marinated salmon fillets

Rinse rice and place in clay pot with liquid. Set VitaClay to “brown rice” setting and allow to cook for 30 minutes. Just before it’s finished, open the pot and add the salmon fillets.

Close the lid and allow to finish the cycle. Let the rice “rest” on warm for 10-20 minutes after the cooking cycle is complete.

Open the pot and mix the fish with the rice: the marinade adds flavor to the rice, and the fish is a delicious, filling complement. Feel free to remove the attractive clay pot and serve as-is, or with a veggie side dish for a quick, healthy, delicious whole food meal. Serves 4.
