Vegetarian Clay Pot Tofu Mushroom Stew

Organic king trumpet mushrooms with organic sprouted tofu braised in chili sauce or any of your favorite sauce! Added caramelized onion for an enhanced immunity boost! Ingredients

  • 1 package of sprouted tofu, cut in 2 inches square
  • 1 package of┬áOrganic king trumpet mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons chili sauce, or to your taste
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Saut├ę┬áonion on a sauce pan over medium high heat until it becomes translucent. Transfer to your vitaclay pot.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients in your vitaclay pot. Set on Stew to cook for 30 minutes.
