The Real Wonders of Aloe Are Unbelievable

The Real Wonders of Aloe Are Unbelievable

Did you know that not only can aloe help smooth wrinkles and heal your skin, but also it can boost your body's metabolism, help your body fight infections, and aid in weight loss? Just last week, I came down with a sore throat and a canker sore after I ate spicy food. Here's what I did to heal myself.

You know how I felt about getting an infection during this pandemic time with overcrowded virus scares! While I was not sure what it was but I took immediate action eating certain anti-viral and anti-inflammatory foods to reduce my internal “heat” plus lots of fluids. I healed my sore throat and canker sore in less than a week.

The key is to detect symptoms at the very early stage and take appropriate actions- enhance immunity to fight off bacteria/germs/virus/inflammation and let the body heal itself before it gets worse**!

There is much confusing information on the internet about what anti-inflammatory foods are! Each food poses different characteristics and how they interact with your body's condition.

I ate quite a few foods/herbs including bitter melons, cucumbers, dark greens, soups, pears, Chrysanthemum teas, mung bean soups, lotus roots plus aloe vera flash with honey. Aloe is not just to heal your sunburnt skins, smooth out your wrinkles.

  • It has antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
  • It accelerates wound healing.
  • It reduces dental plaque.
  • It helps treat canker sores.
  • It reduces constipation.
  • It lowers blood sugar levels.

According to Ayurveda expert, Dr. Ashutosh Gautam, "Aloe vera has the potential of curing a range of ailments and provides complete nourishment to the body." Consuming this drink during bedtime is a good way to boost your body's metabolism, which would further accelerate the pace of your weight lose.

The medicinal properties of Aloe Vera have been recognized for a long time. The antiseptic and antimicrobial agents present in Aloe Vera provide the ability to attack, reduce, control, or even eliminate infections as the gel penetrates directly into the deeper layers of the skin and helps in improving your health and also nourishes your skin and hair. The aloe Vera gel is good for the digestive system and aids in good and fast digestion. It is also a natural energy booster. It boosts immunity and lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Aloe Vera is rich in anti-oxidants. Therefore, it helps cut out free radicals from the body. It also cleanses the liver, kidneys, bladder, and spleen and boosts your immunity. Better immunity means you can fight diseases more effectively.

Although you may blend raw aloe pulp and gel in your smoothies or drinks, or add it to a salad, mixing it with honey is very delicious as a dessert! I felt not only my sore throat got relieved instantly, but also it was extremely refreshing, energizing!
