Ginger Chicken in Homemade Teriyaki Wine Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1-2 lbs chicken (thigh or breast, or wings or legs) cubed
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup sliced or threaded young ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce paste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • A few pieces of clover


Directions:
1. Make wine sauce: Combine all ingredients except ginger and chicken and mix well.
2. Add chicken and ginger in the sauce and coat evenly.
3. Set the crockpot chicken to stew to cook for 30 minutes.

Note: with bones in, set to cook for 40-50 minutes. Enjoy!
