Tender Juicy Spare Rib Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cooked ribs
  • 1/2 - 1 cup rich spare rib sauce
  • 8 cups of water
  • 2 cups fresh uncooked dough noodle
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped or 1/2 cup onion sliced
  • 1 cup spinach or basil leaves or any greens
  • Salt pepper and Spicy sauce to taste

Directions


1. Add all ingredients except noodle and greens in your clay pot
2. Set on stew or fast in your VitaClay to cook for 30 minutes
3. At the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, add noodles and greens to continue cooking until all are cooked and al dente.


Adjust taste with salt pepper or spicy sauce of your like!
