I lived in China for a few years, and while I was there I learned a few tricks that are widely known there but that I had never heard of before. I’ve also found that virtually no one here knows these tips. One such trick is when you have a sinus or tension headache (especially one at the front of your head) there are a couple of pressure points that you can use that will usually get rid of the headache in a matter of minutes, drug free.
One of the pressure points is the flesh between your thumb and forefinger. Massage it in a place that aches a little bit for 30 seconds to a minute.
Another good trick I learned was steamed eggs. For some reason, they are easier to digest than eggs cooked any other way. So if you or a child has an upset stomach and can’t keep anything down but is hungry, there is a good chance this will do the trick – courtesy of your Vitaclay clay pot!
