Spicy Calamari In Black Bean Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1.5 lb calamari, sliced into rings
4-5 sweet peppers, chopped and seeded
1/2 or 1 jalapeño to taste, chopped and seeded
1/2 cup white wine or cooking wine
1-2 tablespoons fermented and salted black soybean


Directions
1. Add all ingredients in your vitaclay pot and mix well.
2. Set on stew to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
I saved the tasty sauce to cook my bitter melon or soup dishes.
