Spicy Buckwheat Turkey / chicken noodle soup with Brussel sprouts, supper healing, nutritious, comfort food in one pot meal! Adding some spicy pickled veggies makes it more satisfying!

I made a homemade Turkey bone broth (2 thighs with a few organic chicken feet) early this week. Today I just threaded the meat, added the gelatin rich bone broth and water into the soup…omg! Soooooooo good! Yum 😋😋😋

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup threaded meat
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 1 serving buckwheat noodles
  • Pickled veggies, threaded

Directions:

Add all ingredients in your vitalcay claypot

Set on stew or fast to cook for 20-30 minutes
