Yummy 😋 Sweet sour crunchy lotus root to nourish strengthening my lungs. Lotus root is said to melt mucus accumulation in the body, especially in the respiratory system.

Add it in soup, or stew or make it sweet sour crunchy.

Lotus root helps dissolve and clear up mucus, ease congestion, and improve lung efficiency. It is prescribed to benefit the Liver, Lung and Stomach meridians.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lotus root, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette or black vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

1. Add all in your vitaclay claypot

2. Set on stew to cook for 20 minutes.

Note: If you have 6 qt stockpot of vitaclay, you need to make at least 1/4 of the pot foods and add 4 cups water. Adjust the ingredients to 2x more.
