Onion is anti aging herb rich in anti-viral anti-inflammatory. anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant compounds. Onions are loaded with plant chemicals including flavonoids, which have both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Onion supports heart, bone, lungs and gut health, especially rasp helps lose weight.

Ingredients:

Directions:

2. Add 1 cup water (3 cups water in you have VM7800 large model), potatoes and seasoning (I used lemon pepper and sea salt) in your vitalcay pot.
