Ingredients
1 head garlic, peeled and mashed
Olive oil
2 pounds red potatoes, washed well and quartered
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
Add 1 cup water and chopped potatoes in your VitaClay pot. Set on Stew to cook for 30 minutes.
While cooking potatoes, Sauté garlic in olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat on stove until garlic becomes lightly brown.
Drain excess liquid in cooked potatoes. Mix with butter salt pepper cream and garlic and mash all together.
