Gut healing, immune booster soup with wild yams in turkey carcass bone broth from the leftover roasted turkey! Full of flavor and nutrition!

Directions

  1. Add the turkey carcass or from the leftover Turkey
  2. Add a full pot water to cook for 1 hour on fast or 2 hours on soup or slow!
  3. Add wild yams in the last 20-30 minutes of cooking!

According to TCM, wild yam can restore vital energy, called qi, and increase yin, which is often linked to feminine qualities. It is considered to stimulate the spleen, lungs, and kidneys. Wild Yams are a good source of vitamin C (27% of the daily value) for fighting infections such as colds and the flu. It also provides quick wound healing, anti-aging, strong bones, and a healthy immune function.
