Quick n' Easy Clay Pot Fried Rice Casserole With Bone Broth

#friedrice #Casserole with #leftover #turkey from the #bonebroth , rice. Adding a cup of bone broth made it a heaven! Not much oil was needed. This #onepotmeal was Soooo good and #delicious 😋

Ingredients

One cup of freshly cooked rice
1 - 2 cups of cooked Turkey meat
1-2 free range eggs
1 cup homemade chicken or Turkey bone broth
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 chopped onion or 1/2 cup chopped chive
1 -2 cups veggies and mushrooms

Directions

1. Add oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Remove egg shells and add eggs to the heated oil. When egg is half cooked transfer to your #claypot
2. Add 1 cup bone broth in your clay pot. Add cooked Turkey and rice in your #clay pot. And stir to mix well.
3. Set on stew to cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add your favorite veggies and let it continue to cook till the desired time.
Garnish with green onion to serve.
