Quick Easy 30 Min One Pot Meal Garlic Shrimp Primavera (Video Recipe)

Garlic Shrimp Primavera

3 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 cups (250 g) asparagus, chopped

1 cup (200 g) cherry tomato, halved

1 cup (120 g) carrot, sliced

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups (200 g) uncooked penne pasta

2 cups water or broth

1 cup (110 g) parmesan cheese

DIRECTION:

1. Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in your VitaClay pot

2. Set on "Stew" to cook for 30 minutes

3. At last 10 minutes of cooking, add Parmesan cheese and stir well

4. Continue to cook for the rest of 10 minutes Serve and enjoy!
