Barbecue Chicken Wings in Clay: Game Night Has Never been so Easy!

Barbecue Chicken Wings in Clay: Game Night Has Never been so Easy!

Suitable for VitaClay Models VF7700 & VM7900

(gluten free, low carb, low glycemic)

There's just something about chicken wings that keep me coming back every time. Those tiny, meaty little wings taste so great, and they are really satisfying.

Everybody loves wings on game day, too! This recipe in VitaClaywill make barbecue wings effortlessly in just one hour!

Because even though wings from the local wings joint taste great, I like to use organic chicken and I love to be able to control what ingredients are in the sauces (especially since most restaurants use nasty industrial oils like soy, corn or canola).

Ingredients for Quick, Healthy Barbecue Chicken Wings:

  • 1 lb chicken wings or drumettes
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups broth(make your own!)
Directions for Quick, Healthy Barbecue Chicken Wings:
    1. Add chicken, barbecue sauce and broth into clay pot: stir
    2. Set to “stew” for about an hour.
    3. Serve with a side of veggie sticks or a salad.
