You do not need an oven and a blender to make pumpkin purée-simply steam Pumpkin in whole in your VitaClay pot for 30 minutes then scoop the meat out of the shell then mesh it up! So easy and simple! Making it as pumpkin pie filler or desert or make it a bowl of warm creamy pumpkin soup is breeze!

Here is how:

1. Add 3 cups water, a small pumpkin cut in half, or half of pumpkin in your clay pot.

2. Set on stew or steam to cook for 30 minutes or an hour.

3. Scoop out the flesh.
