Tasty gluten-free Mustard green soup

Tasty gluten-free Mustard green soup to balance out the holiday feast! 20 minutes Soup in your vitaclay!

Ingredients: 

  • 4-6 cups broth
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (optional)
  • 4 cups mustard greens

Directions:

1. Add broth and quinoa to your vitaclay pot.

2. Set on stew for 30 minutes.

3. When broth reaches to a boil, add mustard leaves Add greens at last to preserve the crisp color.

4. Continue to let it simmer for 5 minutes. Keep the lid open as you wish. Serve warm.
