Pork backbone daikon radish noodle soup

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs. pork spare ribs
  • 1.5 lbs. daikon radish, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 6 - 8 cups of filtered water (or enough to cover the ingredients)
  • salt, to taste
  • cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Add all in your VitaClay pot and set on stew to cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.

2. Drain the broth in another vitaclay pot. About 2 qt. Set on stew to cook for 30 minutes. At about 15 minutes of cooking, add 2 servings of pasta noodle and rib meats along with daikon slices in pot and continue to cook until pasta becomes al dente.


Serve when it is warm.
