Orzo with Parmesan and Basil in clay

Cozy one pot comfort, 30 minutes Orzo with Parmesan and Basil in clay with simple 5 ingredients!

The flavor was fully blended together so well...Omg!!!! So good!!!!!!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta

  • 1 3/4 to 2 cups homemade chicken broth or veggie broth

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Directions:

1. Add pasta broth butter in your Vitaclay pot and set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
2. Mix in Parmesan cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to shallow bowl. Garnish with basil sprigs.
