Directions:
1. Sauté onion garlic pepper in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
2. Transfer to your clay pot. Add soaked beans and 6 to 8 cups water or broth and the rest of ingredients except sausages. Set to cook on stew or slow for 2-3 hours.
3. At the last 1 hour of cooking, add sausage to cook for the rest of hours.
