MUSHROOM MISO SOUP WITH TOFU

Meatless? Eat light tofu with mushrooms in bone broth or vegetable broth to balanced out your weekend feast. Quick and easy meals made easy in Vitaclay fast/slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth or bone broth
  • 1 sheet nori (dried seaweed)
  • 3-4 Tbsp white or yellow miso paste (fermented soy bean)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chard or spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup firm tofu
  • 1 -2 tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Directions
1. Add all ingredients in Your Clay pot.
2. Set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
