Cooking light with keto, low carb, one pot meal tofu cabbage soup with nutritious chicken bone broth after indulging myself over the weekend.

I always have my vitaclay homemade bone broth (feel free to substitute with flavorful vegetable broth too!) in stock for two reasons - 1. It’s nutrient dense! 2. It adds deliciousness in your soup. Cabbage is one of the powerful veggies on planet, helps your digestion, clear your skin, reduce inflammation, immune boosting, improves brain health, helps lose weight... nutritious cooking without compromising taste! 😋 yum! Ingredients:

  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 1 cup chicken meat (Substitute with more tofu for vegetarian)
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Your favorite seasoning(Cajun, or Mexican or Italian,...)

Directions:

Add all in your clay pot and set on stew or fast to cook for 30 minutes.
