Mustard greens are packed with energy-boosting, heart-healthy, disease-fighting nutrients. Vitamin A is extremely important for eye health. It's anti-inflammatory abilities Copper help to relieve pain and stiffness allied with arthritis. It also helps with muscular strength, to reduce joint pain, and to repair connective tissue. It also prevents acne and protects against heart disease. 

I’ve been cooking Green Mustard Soup to keep up with hydration while its anti-inflammatory property does its job well to my body. This is so easy to make with just water or broth, olive oil, and sea salt. Set to cook for 20 minutes in Vitaclay and your daily dose of natural hydration and anti-inflammatory is good to go! You may try it in bone broth or veggie broth as well to make it more nutrient-dense! 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups green mustard, chopped
  • 4 cups Water or broth
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Cook on “Stew” or "Fast" for 20 minutes.
