Pork Chops with Sauerkraut

Pork chops for with sauerkraut for dinner , onion, sweet peppers garlic, made in 30 minutes! Yum!
We used taste of home recipe modified it-

Ingredients:
  • 4 center cut pork chops 4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (8 ounces each )
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Sea Salt pepper to taste
  • 1-2 cups sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions: 

1. Coat with salt pepper flour on pork chops evenly.
2. Add sauerkraut in your claypot. Then add the rest of ingredients on top except last 3 ingredients.
3. Set on stew to cook for 30 minutes. While cooking, saut├ę your onion, green pepper in oil until translucent. Transfer to your clay pot and continue to cook until pork chops cooked through.
