Pork Chops with Sauerkraut

Pork chops for with sauerkraut for dinner , onion, sweet peppers garlic, made in 30 minutes! Yum!
We used taste of home recipe modified it-

Ingredients:
  • 4 center cut pork chops 4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (8 ounces each )
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Sea Salt pepper to taste
  • 1-2 cups sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions: 

1. Coat with salt pepper flour on pork chops evenly.
2. Add sauerkraut in your claypot. Then add the rest of ingredients on top except last 3 ingredients.
3. Set on stew to cook for 30 minutes. While cooking, sauté your onion, green pepper in oil until translucent. Transfer to your clay pot and continue to cook until pork chops cooked through.
