Delicious Comforting Egg Soup in Chicken Bone Broth

Yummy┬áand Comforting egg flower Soup for power breakfast, or light lunch. Eggs swimming in┬áhomemade chicken bone broth┬áas an easy meal! ThatÔÇÖs why I always make┬ámy weekly bone broth and have it ready in my refrigerator for any of┬áquick, easy, and delicious soup or meal! Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of chicken bone broth or stock (or 6-8 cups)
  • 2-3 brown eggs (or 4-6 eggs)
  • Salt pepper to taste (I used white pepper that added more flavor to it!)
  • parsley / or cilantro /or basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or garlic flavored olive oil or sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Add broth in your clay pot and set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
  2. When broth brings to a boil, crush eggs and pour eggs into the boiling broth and stir the eggs in a clockwise direction for a minute. 
  3. Drizzle with parsley / or cilantro /or basil leaves and oil.

Serve and enjoy!
