Delicious Comforting Egg Soup in Chicken Bone Broth

Yummy and Comforting egg flower Soup for power breakfast, or light lunch. Eggs swimming in homemade chicken bone broth as an easy meal! That’s why I always make my weekly bone broth and have it ready in my refrigerator for any of quick, easy, and delicious soup or meal! Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of chicken bone broth or stock (or 6-8 cups)
  • 2-3 brown eggs (or 4-6 eggs)
  • Salt pepper to taste (I used white pepper that added more flavor to it!)
  • parsley / or cilantro /or basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or garlic flavored olive oil or sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Add broth in your clay pot and set on stew to cook for 20-30 minutes.
  2. When broth brings to a boil, crush eggs and pour eggs into the boiling broth and stir the eggs in a clockwise direction for a minute. 
  3. Drizzle with parsley / or cilantro /or basil leaves and oil.

Serve and enjoy!
