Detox Soup with Zucchini
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 3 medium courgettes / zucchini cut in big dice
- 3 cups thick sliced mushrooms
- 3 stalks celery diced
- 4 spring onions scallions, sliced
- 1 bell pepper deseeded and cut into big cubes
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 2 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 ½ tsp caraway seed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper taste
- 2 ½ cups baby spinach
- Add all the ingredients to the black pepper your VitaClay pot.
- Cover your cooker and set on “soup” to cook for 30 minutes.
