Vegan Slow Cooker Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 1 ½  to 2 pounds of vegan meatballs
  • 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce
  • 2 ½ cups whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 Tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into your clay pot.
  2. Add the meatballs on top.
  3. Pour the barbeque sauce on top of the meatballs.
  4. Mash up the cranberry sauce and pour that on top of the barbeque sauce, using a spoon to cover the meatballs slightly.
  5. Set your Vitaclay on “Stew” to cook for 40 - 50 minutes  
  6. At 30 minutes of cooking, pour the cornstarch slurry into the pot and stir gently.
  7. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly and bubble while stirring, about 2-5 minutes. Let it finish cooking for the rest of time.
  8. Enjoy!
