This smooth, creamy, nutritious butternut squash soup made real simple in my vitaclay pot! It’s packed with the rich nutrients that helps relieve stress!

This low-calorie, fiber-rich winter squash may help you lose weight and protect against conditions like cancer, heart disease, and mental decline. You can make it plain (water + butternut squash) or fancy, your choice! Simply add the ingredients and a cup of water. Set on stew for 20 to 30 minutes! Full of flavor and nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 medium butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Add all in and set on stew or fast for 30 minutes! Then Blend it in a blender!
