Easy #onepotmeal in 30 minutes - cozy chicken noodle #soup with #farmfresh tomatoes and spinach! Adding a few slices of “pickled ginger” (mixed with #applecidervinegar and raw honey) goes to a long way for your general health maintenance in summer. It helps you in #digestion, preventing from yeast infections and much more! You may find more about ginger's power in our previous posts.

Eat 100g / 3.5 oz of frozen or fresh spinach at least once a week to decrease the risk of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD). Add olive oil to the spinach to absorb the lutein better.
The threaded chicken and broth came from my weekly cooked whole #freerange chicken and its #bonebroth cooked in 2 hours on soup setting or slow setting. You would believe how delicious it is until you try it! Plus it’s nutritious that helps you build #immunity . #yum 😋 feeling good 😌

  

Ingredients

4- 8 cups #homemade chicken broth
1 cup threaded chicken
2-4 oz dry noodles
1 medium fresh tomato, sliced
1 - 2 cups spinach leaves
Sea salt and pepper to taste

  

Directions

1. Add chicken, broth, tomato in your clay pot.
2. Set on stew or fast to cook for 30 minutes
3. When it reaches to a boil, about 10 -15 minutes, add noodles and continue to cook until noodles become al dente.
4. Add spinach. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste and Serve warm!
