Clay Cooked Italian Stew: Best One Pot Meal!

The weekend is again upon us, and I know the last thing I want to do is spend all weekend in the kitchen preparing meals. I like to cook, but the weekends are for fun!

Relaxing! Soaking up some sun on these lovely Spring Days! It's on these days that I love my VitaClay. One pot meals are so easy, delicious and healthy when made in my clay cooker. No more soggy meals that have been sitting in the slow cooker for hours on end. Because it seals and forms pressure while cooking, it cooks up to 75% faster than traditional slow cookers!
