30 minutes chicken artichoke on pasta in lemon butter sauce

Another winner chicken artichoke on pasta in lemon butter sauce! I love chicken and artichoke! They are such a great pair in pasta dishes!

This time I precooked the chicken bone broth soup for 2 hours. At dinner time, simply add 2 cups uncooked pasta, 3 cups chicken #bonebroth in my empty clay pot and set on stew to cook for another 20-30 minutes! Oh sooo... good! You just have to try it home yourself! It is simple and Yummy ­čśő

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta,
  • 3 cups chicken┬á#bonebroth┬á
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup artichoke
  • 1/2 lemon juice,
  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat
  • Parmesan cheese, parsley to garnish

Directions:

  1. Add 2 cups uncooked pasta, 3 cups chicken #bonebroth in  your empty clay pot
  2. Set on stew to cook for another 20-30 minutes!
  3. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, drain excess liquid if too much broth but still need to have a layer of liquid. Add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup artichoke, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 cups cooked chicken meat to let it continue to simmer for the rest of time.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Serve warm!
