BURRITO BOWL MEAL

Enjoy a burst of flavors with our Burrito Bowl Meal – a wholesome and customizable dish that brings together your favorite ingredients in a delightful and nutritious bowl.

     

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice 
  • 1 lb. ground turkey or beef 
  • taco seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 15oz. can black beans 
  • 4 oz. cheese (about 1 cup shredded) 
  • 1 1/3 cup salsa
  • 2 green onions 

Directions

  1. While the rice is cooking in your vitaclay, add the ground turkey or beef to a skillet and cook over medium heat until it is cooked through. 
  2. Once the meat is fully cooked, add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Stir and simmer the meat and spices until the water reduces to a saucy consistency (about 5 minutes). Add the corn kernels, rinsed and drained black beans, and continue to cook through. Transfer to your clay pot and lay on top of the cooked rice. Stir in shred the cheese, and green onions.
