My order for the VitaClay pot was confirmed 8/6, but over 2 weeks later I don't have one yet. I would love to be able to review this product, but the cooker arrived damaged, and many communications and photos later I have received notice that a replacement has been ordered but not yet shipped. When I asked the service agent if I should keep the damaged unit for return, I was told no, not necessary. What I was NOT told is that only the housing would be replaced, not the clay pot insert. When told I didn't need to keep it, I gave the cooker away to a needy family! I wish I could give a positive review of the product and service--I ordered direct from the company because I don't want to give my money to Amazon! If things work out, I will submit a new review.
