Where do I find my cooker's model number?

Your model # is marked on a silver sticker located on the back of the cooker.

What size pot should I order for my cooker?

  • If model # consists of "-6", it means you would need a 6-cup clay pot set;
  • 6 cup pot set (lid & pot) is for model VF7700-6 & VM7900-6
  • The inner pot dimension: 8" x 8" x 4.5"

Replacement

I only needed the pot but I had to buy the pot set. Is there any possibility for sale separately by replacement needs?

Hi Sophia! Thank you for reaching out. Depending on the cooker model, some of our claypot and lid can be bought separately like the VM7800 models and the VS7600. For all others, they do have to be purchased together like the VM7900 and VF7700 series.

Taking into consideration various factors such as limited supplies, inventory management, and packaging costs, releasing them separately would result in significantly higher expenses. Therefore, in order to optimize our operations and cost efficiency, we have chosen to release lids and claypot together for some models exclusively as pairs. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.

I only needed the lid but I had to buy the pot set, which is I feel is wasteful and unnecessary

The replacement pot is much thinner and is about half the weight of the original pot. I am a bit disappointed and concerned how long this pot will last and when cracking is going to start.

Clay Pot Replacement

Absolutely love my cooker. I have owned it for years and my only critique is that this will be my 3rd time replacing my pot which is beyond frustrating. The pot that initially came with the cooker lasted a long time but the replacements only lasted a few months. Not sure if the quality is the same but this needs to be looked into.
