Slow Braised Spare Ribs in Sun Dried Preserved Mustard Greens

This 2 hours slow braised spareribs with dried preserved mustard greens is full of flavor!😋😋😋  The fat was melted into the sauce. Meat becomes very juicy, tender and falling out of the bones. OMG! Soooooo good!!!! 

My 80+ year old mom made this delicious dried preserved mustard greens. You may get this in Asian supermarket or Shaoxin Dried Preserved Vegetable from Amazon. If you can't get this "dried preserved mustard greens", you may skip it. 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. spare ribs
  • 1/2 -1 cup dried preserved mustard greens (adjust the qty to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 3 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 2-3 clovers of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white or black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice or 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your vitaclay pot and mix well.
  2. Set on Stew to cook for 2 hours.
