Yummy Nourishing Comforting Turkey Egg Spinach Noodle Soup

This super amazing soup is made with the last batch of turkey thigh bone broth and is ready in just 30 minutes. Turkey contains tryptophan, an amino acid that boosts serotonin production, which helps alleviate stress. Bone broth supports our mental health, gut health, digestion, and immune system. Keep the stress away and improve your health with this super bowl!

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups bone broth
  • 1 cup turkey thighs previously cooked in bone broth
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 2 happy eggs
  • 2-4 oz noodle of your like
  • A handful of cilantro for garnish

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except cilantro or spinach in your Vitaclay pot
2. Set on "stew" or fast to cook for 20-30 minutes.
3. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
