Easy Recipe for Ground Turkey: VitaClay Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs
This is a fun new way of enjoying your turkey that you and your kids will surely love--in the ground turkey form! In fact, you can involve your children in making these slow cooker meatballs, whether it be for a Thanksgiving twist or just a nice summer meal.

In your slow cooker, combine onion soup mix with enough water to fill slow cooker halfway. Set slow cooker to 212°F (stew) until soup boils.
For the meatballs: In a large bowl combine turkey with rice and flavoring mix and mix together; then add egg beat and mix well. Form mixture into 2 inch balls and brown in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the soup is boiling, add browned meatballs to slow cooker and cook on "stew" for 30 minutes.
