Ingredients:

  • 2 servings
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup leek
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cups cabbage chopped (half green and half purple cabbage preferred)
  • 6 cups chicken bone broth or water
  • 6 -9 large shrimps
Directions:
  1. Sauté shrimps in oil or butter, leek and garlic until shrimps turn to pink. Set aside.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in your clay pot.
  3. Cover your pot and set on stew or fast for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with cooked shrimp
