Turkey taro stew with garam masala

So flavorful and easy! 4 ingredients only! Onion, garlic, taro, turkey parts and masala spice. Yum! 😋

Taro roots nourish the digestive system, Lungs, Large Intestine, improved heart health, reduce oxidative stress. Taro contains a mucus protein which may improve immune system, in tcm, taro detoxify, and prevent from certain tumor and cancer growth.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey leg and thigh
  • 5 taro, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 3 carrots, cut in inches
  • 1 cup water or broth (for vm7800-5c, add 3 cups)
  • 2-3 tablespoons garam masala
Directions:
  1. Set on stew to cook for 1 hour.
