Feeling sluggish lately? As we transition into the fall, we might feel “chi” imbalances, such as excess nervous energy, anxiety, trouble focusing, difficulty sleeping, constipation, dryness of the skin, etc. When our energy “chi” is out of balance, we experience tension that may impede the flow of chi through compression or blockages. Long term energy “chi” blockages may lead to chronic stress and unwanted diseases.
When feeling my energy “chi” out of balance, or out of tune, one of my favorite recovery routines is to make nourishing turkey bone broth with American ginseng! Super healing, relaxing, renew my chi flow...
We already know the power of bone broth can help for your body. Adding healing herbs like ginseng may enhance quick recovery of your chi... more of ginseng’s health benefits and use with caution. Pls check out here- https://vitaclaychef.com/.../immune-boosting-american...
How to make ginseng bone broth? Simply add partial turkey, or a whole chicken, herbs, spices, water, tablespoon vinegar and wine to cook for 2-3 hours!
Drink flavorful broth daily or cook as a soup base for noodle or chicken dumpling or wonton or anything you like to add on!
