If there is one recipe that perfectly showcases what the VitaClay Nourishing Pot™ was designed to do, it's bone broth.
Whether you're making nourishing chicken broth, collagen-rich beef bone broth, or mineral-packed pork broth, the Nourishing Pot's dedicated Bone Broth program makes it simple. Just add your ingredients, press one button, and let natural clay cooking do the work.
Unlike pressure cooking, which rapidly extracts flavor under high pressure, VitaClay gently simmers your broth for hours, allowing collagen, minerals, and rich flavor to develop naturally.
Bone broth has been enjoyed in cultures around the world for centuries. Today, many people include it in their diets because it's:
Rich in natural collagen
A good source of gelatin
Packed with minerals extracted from bones
High in protein
Comforting and satisfying
Excellent for soups, sauces, gravies, and everyday cooking
Whether you're sipping a warm mug in the morning or using it as the base for your favorite soup, homemade bone broth simply tastes better.
