Steamed Lobster Tails with Greens Veggies

Ingredients :
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons salt
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 4 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • Lemon wedges

Directions :
1. Add 1 cup water in your VitaClay multicooker (3 cups in your multicrock stock pot). Add the rest of ingredients in.
2. Set on stew or fast to cook for 20 minutes or until the shells turn bright red and the tail meat is firm and opaque.
3. Lift the lobsters out of the water with tongs and drain in a colander.

Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
