Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cups yellow cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions
1. Add cornmeal water salt in your clay pot.
2. set on stew to cook for 30 minutes. For tender texture, let it sit in warm for a few minutes longer.
3. Add the butter and stir until melted.
