Directions:
1. Coat chicken with arrowroot flour
2 add 4 cups water or broth in your VitaClay pot. Set on stew for 30 minutes.
3. About 10-15 minutes, when water reaches to a boil add noodles in the pot. And cover.
3. (Optional) Sauté onion in a light oil for a few minutes, add ginger and coated chicken and continue to stir until chicken is browned. Add lemon juice and basil leaves and stir for a minute.
4. When your noodle is almost cooked, add chicken mix and the rest of ingredients to your clay pot. Continue to let it simmer for additional 5-10 minutes or until noodle and chicken are cooked and al dente.
