Really Easy Fresh Yogurt Made Overnight with Only Two Simple Ingredients

I used fresh milk, directly taken out of the refrigerator, and 2 tablespoons of quality Greek yogurt as a starter! Set your VitaClay on “yogurt” to ferment overnight! Serve it as fresh Greek yogurt, or Make it into sweet crepes with yogurt cheese or power breakfast parfait, or top with honey and fresh fruits, or use it as healthy alternative sour cream. Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 quart grass-fed whole milk (low fat is fine too)
  • 2 tablespoons last Batch homemade or quality Greek yogurt listed with live cultures

Directions:

  1. Add starter 2-4 tablespoons Greek yogurt in your Vitaclay pot.
  2. Add 1 cup milk and mix well with starter
  3. Pour the rest of the milk and stir well.
  4. Set on “yogurt” to let it ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
