To garnish Spring onions, chopped
Directions: 1. Add 2 cups of water in your VitaClay pot. Place a bamboo steamer on top. Add shrimps to your bamboo steamer. 2. Set on stew to steam for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimps turn their colors to pink and tender. 3. Sauté garlic in olive oil or butter until softened. 4. Take the prawns out of the steamer and coat with garlic and oil and garnish with the spring onions.
