Meatless Monday with artisan pasta rigatoni in pesto sauce cooked in VitaClay for 20-30 minutes!

2 cups rigatoni
2 cups water or broth
1/2 cup pesto sauce

1. Add broth or water, rigatoni in your VitaClay pot.
2. Set on stew to cook for 30 minutes.
3. In the last 5 minutes or cooking or until pasta becomes al dente, drain excess liquid, add pesto sauce and mix well. Cover the cooker allowing to simmer for 5 minutes.
