 How to Cook Quinoa in VitaClay in 30 Minutes!

  1. Just cook one cup Quinoa with 2 cups water or broth on the regular rice setting: it will be done to perfection in about 30 minutes.
  2. After it cools, mix with 1 cup of cooked black beans, 1 chopped tomato, a squeeze of lemon juice, a couple of chopped green onions, some salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Mix well, top with cilantro and mozzarella and serve!
